Clean lines and brilliant design characterize Kelim jewelry. The collection includes over 1,000 organic and geometric designs that are both feminine and timeless. Most of our jewelry is matte 925 sterling silver with a fine silver finish. We also incorporate semi-precious stones such as onyx, fluorite, and coral. In recent years we have reinterpreted our best selling designs in 14k gold. Two artists started Kelim Jewelry Design with a small boutique in Switzerland selling handicrafts made in their native Turkey, such as Kelim carpets and jewelry. Soon they began creating their own jewelry designs and hired a master goldsmith in Istanbul to handcraft their collection. During the past 15 years the company has grown to employ 18 goldsmiths in a family-owned workshop in Istanbul. The Kelim line has gained an international clientele and was introduced into the American market in August of 2005. Kelim Jewelry Design enjoys a reputation for simple but elegant contemporary design, attention to detail, and consistent product quality.
